Mediation

Mediation provides a cost effective solution to disputes.  The mediation process provides an atmosphere outside of the court system to resolve issues arising from marital dissolution or shareholder /partner disputes. 

The mediation process is:

• Faster-works outside the court system
• Flexible-allowing for creative solutions, providing the parties with more control over the process.
• Less expensive
• Less adversarial

Training by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM) has allowed me to settle numberous contentious matters.

My assistance in the negotiation process is often beneficial due to familiarity with the finaces.
